Adoption Process
After you find a puppy that you want to reserve, you will need to do the following things:

Complete an application and submit via email for review. Send email to reflectionsofstarcrest@gmail.com

After your application has been reviewed and approved, we will contact you by email, phone call, or text.

Schedule your puppy pickup date with us.

Make a $400 deposit and sign a deposit contract to reserve your puppy. Deposit can be made in person with cash or online with Venmo.

Final payment is due in cash upon pick up.

Meet you at our local international airport (Greenville Spartanburg, GSP or Charlotte Douglas, CLT)

Make arrangements for a flight nanny

There will be an additional fee to meet you along the way or at the airport. Contact us to get a quote. If you choose to use a flight nanny, you must make all the arrangements and pay the flight nanny yourself. If your puppy will be flying, then it will require a health certificate, which is an additional charge. Let us know if you have any questions.
Our puppies are also listed on GoodDog.com. If you purchase a puppy from us through Good Dog, then all deposits and payments must be made through the Good Dog portal.
